The Pines RV & Cabin Resort

ATTENTION:

Office Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm in Peak season & may change in Off season

CHECK IN: 3:00pm

CHECK OUT: 11:00am ($25 per hour for Late check outs)

Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 7:00am Keep music at reasonable levels at all times.

Pets: Max. 2 pets per site, unless approved by management. Animals that display aggressive behavior are not allowed. Pet must not be a disturbance; excessive barking, etc.

Pets are NOT allowed inside any buildings.

Please do not leave pets unattended in Cabins. If you are gone they need to be in a Kennel.

Please make sure pets have current shots and ID tags.

Pets must be on a leash unless inside dog park.

No washing of pet beds & blankets in resort laundry.

You are responsible for picking up & disposing of Doggy Doo. Doo bags are in Dog Park and you can purchase in store.

Pool: No Lifeguard on Duty

No child under 14 allowed in pool without adult (over 18) supervision.

No diving or running in pool area

No Smoking, Glass or Pets

Children in Diapers must wear a swim diaper when in pool. (Sold in store)

Alcoholic Beverages: Responsible drinking is allowed. Public intoxication will NOT be tolerated. We're a family resort.

Smoking: Allowed outside, but NOT in any Resort Building or Pool Area

To avoid fires, extinguish in a proper container.

Cigarette butts are regarded as trash. Please don't throw them on the ground or in fire pit.

Ash cans are located near buildings throughout the park.

Campfires: Firewood must be purchased on site. No outside Firewood permitted.

Allowed in firepits only. Firepits are NOT to be moved unless approved by management.

Fires must be out before retiring for the night.

Fire Ban notices will be posted at the office. DO NOT attempt to have a fire during this time, as you will face criminal charges.

You will be charged $25 for trash left on your site or in your fire ring.

Picnic Tables: Each site has a table. If you move it, please put it back.

Satellite Dishes: Must be attached to your unit

Septic: Lines should be off the ground. No draining of water/graywater on the ground

Vehicle: Waterless vehicle cleaning only. No major repairs on the resort.

Trash: Place Trash Bags in Dumpster

Vehicles: Speed Limit 5 MPH throughout park.

We must keep roads clear in case of emergency. 

No gas powered ATV's or Golf carts. Must be licensed driver to operate any vehicle.

Other: No Generators unless in an Emergency

Use of Fireworks & Firearms prohibited

Please Do Not Cross any Fences to remain on our Property

You will be charged $25 a day for parking on the grass or placing large rugs on the grass.

Please do not park in or drive through empty sites.

RV Sites- Over 48 hours of check-in: 100% Refund, Less $20

RV Sites- 24-48 hours of check-in: 50% Refund, Less $20

RV Sites- Less than 24 hours of check-in: No Refund

Cabins- Over 14 days of check-in: 100% Refund, Less $20

Cabins- 7-14 days of check-in: 50% Refund, Less $20

Cabins- Less than 7 days of check-in: No Refund

This Property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Resort, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Resort, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of the resort pool, playground, pond, dog park or any of the other facilities. 

Your information will not be shared with anyone other than our Reservation Systems and Payment System. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged goods or for personal injury to you or your guests. Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, obscene or profane language will not be tolerated as we are a family friendly resort.
