Shady Acres Campground
Located 1/2 mile off Interstate 10 Exit Number 22 in Mobile, Alabama, Shady Acres Campground is easy access for highway travelers passing through, and for those attending the many area events and attractions. Located off the Dauphin Island Parkway, along the Dog River, Shady Acres Campground is easy to find and easy access from downtown Mobile.
Shady Acres Campground features large pull-thru sites and back-in sites to accommodate all sizes of trailers and motor homes. The 82 shady and open sites can be found in this open forest campground, filled with oak and pine trees. Large rigs are welcome, and 20, 30, and 50 AMP electricity, water and sewer are available on every site.

REGISTRATION AGREEMENT
1. I/We understand that Shady Acres is for temporary lodging only and that acceptance of my/our rent payment for a specified period of time in no way implies or guarantees this site will be available for rent at the end of the time period specified herein.
2. Further it is understood, that if it is necessary to initiate eviction proceedings to remove renter and/or property of renter from Shady Acres, I/we hereby agree to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred in the eviction proceeding.
3. I/We agree to read and comply with all campground rules and regulations as posted in the office and/or on the grounds.
In the case of a late arrival and the office is closed, listed below is the bathroom codes.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel SEVEN (7) or more days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations between FOUR-SIX (4-6) days will be charged a fee equal to one night’s stay. If you cancel less than THREE (3) days of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
No shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a no show. No shows are subject to the same cancellation policies.
The only exception is if there is a “NAMED” storm in the Gulf directly threatening this area during the period of your reservation.
When you provide credit card information at time of reservation, you agree to the cancellation policy.
There are no refunds for early departure.
