We are a small family owned and operated rv park located in northern Minnesota just outside Bemidji city limits. We offer a country feel with all the amenities of a city close by such as a grocery store only one mile away. Easy on and off of 2 major highways. Small camp store onsite.

Well maintained park. Our shower house is very clean with laundry facilities. We are only minutes from downtown Bemidji, Paul Bunyan & Babe statues and Itasca State Park. Miles and miles of biking and walking trails are close by along with many lake accesses for those looking for fun on the water. We now offer bike rentals and more outdoor fun for all ages.

Reasonable rates for daily weekly or long term stays in the heart of northern Minnesota. Good Sam member discount available and memberships available at front desk or through our website. We have a new fenced dog park.

Check in and check out

Early check in may be available for $15; contact the resort office the morning of your arrival for availability. Late check outs may be available for $25; check with resort office at least 24 hours in advance to check availability.
Any guests that have not shown up 24 hours after their check in time, and have not made prior arrangements with the resort staff, will be cancelled and forfeit their deposit.
Site assignments:
Sites are reserved based on site class. Site numbers are not assigned until date of arrival unless a $25 site lock fee is paid. All site numbers are are subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid with the reservation. In this case, we still reserve the right to change the site number if an unforeseen and unpreventable situation arises. In such case, the site lock fee will be fully refunded and the best possible site that meets your preferences will be assigned, but the appropriate site fee will still be charged.
Monthly rent does not include electric as it will be billed at end of month.
We strongly recommend emailing us if you have any special requests when you make your reservation so we can do our best to assign the perfect site for you, as this is our goal with every reservation.
Permitted occupants
All reservations have a maximum of 6 occupants. Rates are based on 2 people. Fees for additional guests over the first 2 will be charged at check in if not included in original reservation. Each additional person is $5 per night. The individual reserving the site must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules, and reserves the right of removal from the property for any violation or disregard of the rules. No refund will be issued.
Campers are responsible for their guests and visitors. Each guest and visitor must register with the office and sign a waiver. Visitors will need to pay a $5 per vehicle parking fee. You will be given a designated parking spot that may not be adjacent to the site you are visiting. We will get you as close as we can based on parking availability. No parking on the grass is allowed at any time.
Visitor hours: 8am-10pm
5 MPH Speed limit strictly enforced.
No outside firewood. Only our firewood we cut from our property may be burnt.
No rugs or ground carpets on the grass.
Please do not put any stakes in the ground.
Cancellation Policy
Nightly/Weekly stays-no refunds are given on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will be refunded less a $10 fee or 5% whichever is greater in order to cover fees charged to us. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 7 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. Deposits will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to your arrival date.

Privacy Policy
We do not share your information with any outside entities. We may use your information for future communications prior, during or after your stay.
