Site Terms &Conditions. By Booking via our website you are accepting all terms and conditions.

Campground does NOT allow Cannabis, pot, marijuana, Mary Jane or what the new slang is… you will be forced to leave the property without refund.

1. Definitions

1.1 When the following words are used in these Terms and Conditions, this is what they will mean:

"Terms": these terms andconditions.

"Campsite", "We", "Us", "Our": Ringler Family Campground, Brook Park MN 55007

"Website": www.jandjringlerenterprises.com

"Booking": a booking request submitted to Us via Our Website,email, phone, or inperson. "Arrival Date": the date on which your booking commences and you are due to arrive at the site.

"Prices": the cost of Our services as detailed on the Website.

2. Contract

2.1 These Terms and Our price list set out the entire agreement between you and Ringler Family Campground for the supply of Our services to you. Only these Terms shall apply to Our contract with you.

2.2 Please check that the details in these Terms and your Bookings are complete and accurate before you submit your Booking.

2.3 By submitting a Booking you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2.4 We reserve the right to change these Terms including terms related to any new policies on

the main camping page at any time and any such changes will take effect immediately when postedon the Website, at the Campsite, or otherwise brought to your attention. You are bound to this by booking.

2.5 In addition to these Terms, you must comply with the Rules below.

2.6 If you do not adhere to our Terms and rules or fail to pay for your accommodation, you will be in breach of your contract and will be made to leave.

2.7 A booking can not be made for more than 28 days. Not long term sites or seasonal sites are available. If you would like to stay over 14 days, please contact Us directly. You will have to move sites every 14 days and a new reservation will have to be made with payment.

2.8 These terms and conditions may change at any time and any new conditions or amendments will apply to your booking.

3. Making a Booking

3.1 You can either book online, via email, via the telephone number displayed on Our Website or in person.

3.2 Bookings are not transferable to another party.

3.3 When making a booking you agree that you or at least one member of your party is twenty

one (21) years or over, you have the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf, you accept these Terms &Conditions and you agree to be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any member of your party.

3.4 Advance bookings may at times be subject to minimum stay periods. These vary by season and please refer to Our Website for further details.

3.5 The Campsite is to be used for recreational camping only.

3.6 fI you are part of a group booking of 8 people or over, you must phone us before making a booking otherwise you may be refused entry on arrival.

3.7 A booking can be made for camping only, for a maximum of 28 days.

3.8 You must be able to provide proof of booking on arrival, either a printed confirmation or a screen shot on a mobile device.

4. Rules

You, together with all members of your party, are required to comply with the following rules:

4.1 We reserve the right of admission. We only accept responsible campers that are considerate to fellow campers/guests and be respectful of the environment.

4.2 Al children must be closely supervised by an adultdue to moving machinery and livestock nearby.

4.3 fI you bring a dog, this remains your responsibility at all times, must be on a leash and not left unattended. Dogs are limited to a maximum of two per party and will incur an additional charge when staying in cabins and RV rentals, they must be exercised away from the main camping areas. You are responsible for any mess, which should be cleared up and disposed of immediately. You wil be asked to put your dog on a leash fi it is seen roaming free around the camping area or any other area on the campground.

4.4 There must be no loud or disrupting noise after 10:00pm before 07:00am. Children must not use the play area between these hours out of respect for the other people stayingonsite.

4.5 The tent site is a tent only area. Al tents must be non-permanent.Cars, small vans and are accepted. We have other areas of the campground for pop-up campers, RV's and motorhomes.

4.6 Leave your accommodation as you found it, ie: no litter or damage.You wil be liable for any damages or excess cleaningcaused to any of our property and will be charged $100.00.

4.7 Music players/radios must be kept to a reasonable volume and then switched off by 10:00pm.

4.8 No fireworks, chinese lanterns, guns or weapons.

4.9 No hen/stag parties or weddings.

4.10 Drunk, disorderly or abusive behaviour wil not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask you to leave shouldthis occur.

4.11 We cannot accept responsibility for your possessions or any personal injury of any kind sustained while on Our land, subject to Section 8- Liability. You must not stray into fields or buildings around the campground. This is for your own personal safety.

4.12 No pitches are reserved and are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

4.13 No open fires are allowed. BBQs are permitted if raised off the ground and in a grill to protect the grass and fire pits are permitted in the ring provided. No fires on Red Flag Warnings.

4.14 You are liable at all times for any fires, BBQs and other activities undertaken around the site. We do not allow open fire of any sort inside your tent/unit due to the high risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.

4.15 Whilst on Our land, you and any members of your party must not enter any buildings apart for the toilet/shower block, or climb over any dry stone walls, fences or barriers.

4.16 Any accidents on Our land must be reported at the campground store/office or a member of staff so We can log them in OurAccident Book.

4.17 Check in is not before 2:00pm, you may be liable to a fee of $25.00 fi you arrive before this time or you may be asked to leave and come back at 2:00pm. You must vacate your chosen accommodation by 11:00am on your departure day promptly, unless a late check out has been granted by prior agreement, please ask the site management.

4.18 You must keep to the 5mph speed limit on our campground and site for your own and others safety.

4.19 You must take large items of rubbish away with you i.e. broken, tents, cardboard, chairs etc. Only general food waste and packaging is to be disposed of in our bins. You may be liable to a $150.00 charge if we end up having to dispose of bulky items.

4.20 We do not offer any sort of storage facility for RV's Motorhomes, vehicles or tents. If you do leave your property on our site, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you and after 21 days it will be sold and we will take the value of storage costs from the sale.

4.21 You must leave a gap between al units. This is a legal requirement. You may be asked to move your tent/unit if pitched too close to another.

4.22 We do not mind day visitors onsite, however we must be notified of all visitors onsite. Visitorscan be onsite between 11:00am and 10:00pm only. Any guest vehicles must be left near the check in campground store/office. This applies to all our services.

4.23 If you plan on arriving back on site after 11:00pm, you must park your vehicle by the check in shed out of consideration for other campers staying with us.

4.24 Please note if you have booked multiple services we have maximum numbersof people we allow in each facility due to fire safety regulations. You will be asked to leave if theseguidelines are not adhered to.

5. Prices

5.1 The prices are based on a nightly rate unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that our prices remain unchanged, they may be amended at any time.

5.3 Prices do not include any additional services, features and facilities unless expressly stated.

5.4 Promotions, deals or discounted offers are subject to availability and cannot be used in

conjunction with any other offer or discount and may be withdrawn at any time. Retrospective refunds are not permitted against any offer or promotion advertised after such time a booking is made.

6. Payment

6.1 Credit or debit card payments are preferred in advance of arrival and online. fI the booking was not made online then we accept payment by credit or debit card or cash on arrival. Pre- payment is advised to reserve your booking, as we cannot guarantee availability to 'walk in' customers.

6.2 Non-payment renders your contract with us as invalid and you will be asked to leave the site. 6.3 ForThe cabins and rental RV's we only accept pre-booked, pre-payed guests.

7. Cancellation, refunds and amendments to your booking

7.1 If you want to amend your booking, you must notify us as soon as possible. Subject to availability and theconditions below, amendments to your booking can be made free of charge if you notify Us before the 14 days prior to your Arrival Date. fI the amendment increases the price

of your booking, the increased amount will be charged

7.2 fI you want to amend your booking within the 14 days prior to your Arrival Date, a $20.00 fee will be charged on top of any price increases as a result of the amendment.

7.3 You may cancel your booking at any time. We do not offer refunds for cancelled bookings, unless a minimum of 14 days notice is given with a valid reason (you will be charged an admin fee to cover our costs). Weoffer an amendment policy only (7.1, 7.2 and7.6).

7.4 The full balance of your booking must be paid in full before setting up campsite.

7.5 A booking can only be amended once.

7.6 No booking amendments will be accepted by Us within the 7 days prior to your Arrival Date.

7.7 We do not accept poor weather as a reason for cancellation/rebooking, unless it isdeemed as unsafe and risk to public safety i.e. flooding, hurricanes and other extreme weather conditions in which c a s e you will b e contacted and offered a n alternative.

8. Liability

Please read this section as it is important that you understand what you are agreeing to.

8.1 Nothing in this section limits or attempts to limit our liability for death orpersonal injury caused by Our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for us to exclude or attempt to exclude Our liability.

8.2 If we fail to comply with these Terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is adirect and foreseeable result of Our failure or Our negligence. We shall not beresponsible for any losses that you suffer that are indirect or not foreseeable, including, but not limited to, loss of income or revenue, loss of business and loss of anticipated savings.

8.3 Where we are responsible for your loss, Our maximum liability shall be no more than to

refund the amount paid by you for the holiday.

8.4 As Our Campground is located in a rural environment, we do not accept responsibility for any damage, injury or inconvenience caused by livestock, plants, trees, wildlife or weather. We advise you to have the relevant insurance.

8.5 Should any of the vehicles owned by your party get stuck and require assistance or towing, we shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicles). You should check that your insurance cover will allow secondary towing.

8.6 We do not accept responsibility for anything that adversely affects your holiday that is outside of Our control. We advise you to have suitable travel insurance.

8.7 These Terms are governed by law.

9. Data

9.1 Your data is stored securely and is only used with regards to your booking. Yourinformation will never be passed onto a3rd party. If you receive an email from us and do not wish to be on

our mailing list you can opt out at any time. Payment details are not stored or seen by us and are only used for the purpose of you creating a booking.

10. Ringler Family Campground, is NOT cannabis friendly. You will be removed from grounds immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Your reservation at Ringler Family Campground is both special and important to us. If your plans change, please contact us to modify or cancel your reservation per the terms below. Our policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation or modification notice in advance of the reservation or departure date. Camping is an outdoor experience we do not give credit or refunds for the discomforts of nature.

Site Rentals: If you must cancel your RV or Tent Site reservation, we require a 14-day notice by phone prior to the arrival date. Refunds wil be issued less a $25 cancellation fee. With less than a 14-day notice, or a shortened stay, or an early check out the entire reservation fee is non- refundable.

Lodging Rentals: If you must cancel your Cabin or RV Rental reservation, we require a 14-day notice by phone prior to the arrival date. Refunds will be issued less a $50 cancellation

fee. With less than a 14-day notice, or a shortened stay, or an early check out the entire reservation fee is non-refundable.

Modification Policy: fI you would like to modify a reservation to another date, we will do this ONE TIME as a courtesy as long as it is done via phone 7or more days prior to the arrival date. Subsequent modifications can be made if completed via phone 7 or more days prior to

arrival date with a $15 change fee for daily and weekly sites and lodging. Modifications are not allowed with less than a 7-day notice. Changes made to decrease occupancy or pets resulting in a credit owed will result in the issuance of a Camp Credit. Camp Credit Will remain active on

the User Account and will expire one year from issuance. Modification subject to availability. I agree that Ringler Family Campground retains the right to cancel or alter my reservation as needed at their discretion. If the customer is dissatisfied with t h echanges made to their reservation they will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to make a reservation for a different date.

24 Hour Policy: Within 24 hours of making any reservation you may cancel it via phone and a refund wil be issued less a $25 cancellation fee. However, the 24-hour policy does not apply to cancellations within 24 hours of arrival date.

Payment Policy: Payment is due in full at time of booking. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Ihereby agree that Ringler Family Campground may charge any remaining balance, any damage charges, or other amounts owed under these Rules and

Regulations to any credit or debit cardon file from my reservation or prior payments. Any amounts due after 1day will be subject to the maximum late charge permitted under state law.

No Show Policy: No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Ringler Family Campground. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
  2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
  4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to confirm a reservation.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new services, or changes to this privacy policy.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number is given on our website:

  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
