1. 1. Park a second trailer on your unit or lot without discussing it first with management.
2. 2. Park in the middle of a street or on a neighbor’s site.
3. 3. Leave vehicles that cannot function around your unit.
4. 4. Leave trash outside your home or around the communal areas.

5. A clean park is not only appealing but also allows a safer living space. Thank you for following park rules and doing your neighborly duty.

1. 6. Park your vehicle on your site, in front of or behind your RV.
2. 7. If you move your picnic table, put it back. (Damage to RVs has occurred.)
3. 8. Throw trash in the dumpsters.
4. 9. Notify the office if you need to change sites.
5. 10. Notify the office staff to reset breakers – as per Arizona Public Service.

Pet Policies

• 1. Three dogs per RV please. 
• 2. Keep your dog on a leash when outside of your RV. Clean up after your pet immediately.
• 3. Pets are not permitted in park office or store buildings. Please do not leave your pet tied up and unattended.
• 4. Also, please keep dog barking levels to a minimum as to not disrupt your neighbors. If your pet’s barking becomes a nuisance, you may be asked to leave the park.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your stay, please call us at (520) 385-4007 between 9am - 5pm MST. If necessary, leave a detailed voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You may also email us at [email protected]. ONCE YOU ARE CHECKED IN, THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. There are no refunds for vacating your site early. Your space will be deemed vacant and available to rent.

Cancellations:

100% refund if before 7 days from check-in/ booking

50% refund if before 3 days from check-in/ booking

$0 refund if 3days or less from check-in/ booking (applies to overnight reservations)
