48 hours cancellation or change notice is required. Call the office at 505-466-3482 by 4 P.M. two days before your scheduled arrival.

Text and email notifications of cancellations or changes are not accepted.

If You Need to Cancel: Please call 505-466-3482 before the deadline listed above to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee.

To guarantee your campsite, a deposit of $25 will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email from the campground once you complete your reservation.

No shows without any notification may incur the charge for their entire booked reservation.

Reservations made less than the 48-hour deadline require a $25 nonrefundable deposit.

Cancellations made after the deadline above will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

COVID SAFETY: Rancheros de Santa Fe has enhanced its health and safety measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic in order to better protect you, other campers, visitors and our staff.

An inherent risk of exposure to this highly contagious virus exists in any public place where people may gather.

CHECK-IN time is 12:00 P.M.

CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 am, 10:30 am for Cabins: Please be respectful of other guests and staff by departing on time. If additional time is needed, check with office for availability and cost.

We will do our best to match you with the type of site you request. We cannot guarantee a specific site number. We will inform you of the type of site we have reserved in our confirmation message to ensure it is acceptable to you.

We cannot guarantee a reservation without a credit card number.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00pm to 8:OOam. Generators are not allowed in the park.

PARKING, LOADING AND UNLOADING: Your vehicles MUST be parked in your site. If additional parking is required, see office for information and cost. Load your tow vehicle at your site, or in the driveway in front of the office. Do not block the dump station, propane station, roads or intersections.

WATER: Our system is state-regulated sanitized well-water. Pressure regulators are not necessary.

SEWER HOOKUPS MUST be sealed with a coupling ring. Dumping GRAY WATER on ground is prohibited.

DUMP STATION is one-way, enter from above. Water is potable, but do not use the dump station water hose to fill your potable water tank or containers. Do not put any plastic items, bags, or gloves into the dump station.

WI-FI: Multiple access points are located in the park. All begin with “Rancheros,” followed by closest site #. Note that RVs’ metal skin and trees can weaken the signal strength you receive.

CABLE TV: Both cable TV (full hookups only) and broadcast TV are available. You must program your TV to scan for available channels. See office for available channels.

PROPANE is for sale during office hours. Park guests are charged at the current per-gallon rate.

CONDUCT: Disorderly or drunken conduct is not tolerated. Do not walk through occupied sites. Parents are responsible for supervision and actions of their children and guests.

CAMPFIRES: Firewood is for sale in the store. Gathering firewood in the park is prohibited. Fires may not be allowed during high wind warnings or extreme drought conditions. Do not build unauthorized fire rings.

SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH, watch for bicycles, children playing. Roads are ONE WAY- see map.

TRASH & RECYCLE: Please put trash in a sealed trash bag and use receptacles provided. Recycle containers are for paper, cans, plastic bottles, and flattened cardboard (please, NO glass, plastic bags, electronics, Styrofoam, any plastic other than containers, or construction waste!). Please pick-up your cigarette butts. Do not place trash in the fire rings.

WASHING of VEHICLES, heavy maintenance, and oil-changing is not allowed. You may have a commercial washer or repair service on-site with permission from the office, and they must provide their own water.

DISHWASHING sink is provided with Hot and Cold Water. Do not use restrooms or campsite water faucets.

PETS: Please clean-up after pets immediately while in park, including the hiking trail and dog run. Do not leave pets unattended. Aggressive dog behavior or excessive outside barking will result in expulsion from the park.

ATV’s, UTV’s and Motorbikes are not allowed in the park. Bicycles are not allowed on the hiking trail.

TREES: Our trees grow very slowly in this climate and we value them highly. Please do not hang anything in the trees (clothes, trash bags, hammocks, etc.). Please do not trim or cut our trees.

SWIMMING POOL: (Open late May to early September). Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty; each swimmer is responsible for their own and family’s safety. Please wear appropriate swim-wear, and use swim diapers for young children. NO DIVING or Running. No glass containers in the pool area. All swimmers MUST BE A REGISTERED guest- see office if you have visitors.

THEATER & GAME ROOM: Large Screen TV, Games and Ping Pong available all season.
