*NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that the camper does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees, of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss of damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.

basic guidelines

Generators are not permitted at your campsite.  If extra power is needed, please consider reserving an RV site with power.

No campfires are allowed at the campsites.

Charcoal only in the grills – do not burn firewood.  Charcoal can be purchased in the campground store.

If you will be having additional guests join you at your campsite, please contact the office. All registered campers should make advance arrangements with the office to receive their guests.  This is for safety and knowing that all guests belong in the campground.

Please report any suspicious activity to the office.

Quiet hours:  10:00pm – 6:00am.  Excessive disturbance at any hour will not be tolerated.

Keep your campsite tidy.  Put all trash in dumpsters located across from the office or other receptacles located throughout the campground.  Do not leave trash at your campsite.

Check in: 12:00pm / Check out:  11:00am

Campsites may be available prior to official check-in time, however is not guaranteed.  Please check with the office upon check-in.  Late check-out arrangements may also be available, but not guaranteed.

campsite policies

Base Rate:  Includes up to 4 adults (and up to 6 children between the ages 1 of 18).  Your site rental allows one camping unit per site.  Please check with the office before pitching a tent at your site.

RV occupancy is based on one tow vehicle and trailer or one motorhome and tow vehicle.  Please do not park more than one RV in any site.

Do not use any site other than the site assigned without office permission.

Alcoholic beverages must remain within your campsite.  Strolling with alcohol is prohibited.  Please conduct yourself in an orderly fashion.  NO KEGS or drinking parties.  If excessive disturbance is reported, you will be asked to leave and will not be refunded for your site.  Keep in mind not everyone camping is partying.  Some may be here to relax so please be mindful of your noise level.

One picnic table per campsite. 

Please leave your site clean when departing.

pet policy

Pets are welcome at any of the sites (2 maximum).

Please keep your dog calm and secured.

Keep pets on leash at all times and clean up after them.  When walking them through the campground, there are multiple pet stations available to clean up and dispose of any waste.

Do not leave your pets unattended outside of your RV.  Be mindful of the fact that you are in a desert environment and high temperatures can cause heat exhaustion/stroke in your pets quickly.  If you leave your pet(s) in your RV, please leave your AC unit on during the summer months.  Also be aware that there are coyotes and other predators in the area that can attack your pet.  We will not be held responsible for any harm to your pet(s).

restrooms and shower facilities

Hot showers are available at no extra charge to campers.  We do offer showers to non-campers for $3.55 + tax.

No dishwashing in the restrooms.  A dishwashing station is provided for campers by the laundry facility.

Please clean up after yourself.

propane / rv dump station

An RV dump station is provided free of charge for our guests.  Non-campers will be charged $3.55 + tax for use of the dump station.

Propane is available for an extra charge between the hours of 7:00am and 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Changes to Policies

Page Lake Powell Campground reserves the right, when necessary, to modify campground and reservation policies.

Cancellation Policy

Site cancellation policy:  Please cancel you reservation 7 days prior to your stay. Reservations cancelled after 7 days prior to your reservation will be charged one night for the price of your requested hookups. (at the discretion of management).

Refunds for early departure are at the discretion of management.  Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather.   

Stays are limited to 21 days (3 weeks) for RV sites and 7 days (1 week) for tent sites.  A background check will be required for stays longer than 21 days for RV sites. Tent sites do not exceed 7 days.
