Posh Pines at the Outpost Campground

We would like to make this an enjoyable experience for all campers, so we ask that you abide by the following rules.

General Rules:

Check in- 4:00PM Check out- 11:00AM

• Speed Limit - is 5 MPH in ENTIRE CAMPGROUND. Please keep our children safe!

• Quiet Time - is 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Sunday-Thursday. Weekends and Holidays are 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. All children must be with parents at Glamping Hut by 10:00 PM. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

• Camp Fires - must be in the rings provided. NEVER leave a fire unattended and extinguish before turning in for the night or leaving the campground.

• Children - Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Please do not leave children unattended in the park.

• Pets - are permitted in huts. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Do not leave animals unattended.

• Swimming Pool - Open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Hours posted by pool. There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

All children (16 years & under) MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult (a person 21 years or older). No glass or pets permitted in the pool area.

• Fireworks - are PROHIBITED in the campground (Exception - holiday weekends and must be approved by management).

• Disruptive Behavior - If the police are called by the management due to disruptive behavior, this camper or campers will be required to leave the campground immediately. There will be no refunds to any person in this situation. Please do not put yourselves and management in this situation.

• Insurance/Theft - We are not responsible in the case of theft in Glamping Huts or contents thereof; nor for any damage caused by natural causes (i.e. tree falling). All activities in the campground are done at the individual’s free will and Outpost Campground, Inc. will not be responsible for injury to guests or for loss of money/valuables of any kind.

• Guests are held financially responsible for any damage or stolen items from glamping huts.

• No Smoking - in any/all buildings, Glamping Huts, and restrooms.

• Office/Store - Hours are posted on the door, they vary by season.

• Restrooms - Please remove all personal items from restrooms. Any articles left in the restroom will be disposed of when the restroom is cleaned. Restrooms always open except for cleaning. Restrooms are Key Coded for guests only.

• Laundry Room - Always open for campers only.

• Wood - is for sale at the office. There is NO cutting of trees or branches permitted on campground or neighbor’s property.

• Trash - please dispose of your trash at the dumpsters near the office.

• No Cooking of any kind in the glamping huts.

* Security Cameras are placed throughout the campground for your safety.

General Info:

Cleaning

Please keep in mind that we want to go above and beyond to deep clean units- this takes time! We will be using extra precaution to clean surfaces, including hospital grade cleaners. Check in and check out times are to be followed. We will not offer any early access or late departures at this time.

Wi-Fi

We offer Wi-Fi for your enjoyment! Login information will be provided inside the glamping hut upon arrival. Signal strength may vary depending on demand, your location, and your personal device.

Bedding

We do provide bedding for your stay!

Temperature

All glamping huts are equipped with window AC units. These are to be used as needed. There is not a heating option provided.

Water

In each glamping hut, there is a 7 gallon water container that will be filled with tap water. This is intended for basic use. Guests are expected to use their own discretion and are expected to provide their preferred drinking water.

Bathrooms

There is a main bathhouse (with showers) and laundry room on site in the campground. It is located to the right of the main office building. We also have placed a portable restroom right next to the clamping area for quick use!

Pets

All pets are welcome! Guests are responsible for picking up after pets (doggy station attached to pavilion) and must be kept on a leash at all times outside of the glamping unit. If the pet is left alone in the glamping unit, we ask that they are kept in a crate or other pen to keep from the possibility of damaging items. Guests will be expected to pay a $25.00 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are financially responsible for any and all damages that occur during stay.

Outpost Campground; all management and employees reserve the right to refuse services to anyone noncompliant with campground Rules & Regulations. We also reserve the right to change Rules & Regulations at any time to protect the safety of all campers. All activities in the campground are done at the individual’s free will and Outpost Campground will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money/valuables of any kind.

If a reservation is cancelled with 21 days or more notice from the day of arrival, the guest will be refunded 75% of their invoice. If a reservation is cancelled between 20 days and 14 days from the day of arrival, the guest will be refunded 50% of their invoice. If a reservation is cancelled less than 2 weeks from the day of arrival, no refund will be issued.
