We are a membership resort destination located next to the Potholes Reservoir in Central Washington. We boast over 300 days of sunshine, 28,000 acres of water and plenty of recreational activities for sportsmen and families. In addition to our resort, we are accessible to the beach and boat launches, newly developed golf course, sandy dunes for ATV action, trails for hiking and biking and lots of water for all boating activities. For the sportsmen and women we have plenty of tournament class fishing and hunting surrounding the resort. Please be aware that for many guests, the invoice amount due will be different upon arrival.
Upon arrival everyone is required to state the number of people in your party and the anticipate length of your stay. All facilities are used at your own risk. Resort management is not responsible for accidents, loss, or theft.
DESTRUCTION OR DAMAGES TO THE RESORT WILL RESULT IN CIVIL PROSECUTION PLEASE RESPECT EACH
INDIVIDUALS RIGHTS, CAMPSITES AND PROPERTY DURING YOUR STAY. NOISE LEVELS SHOULD BE RESPECTED
AND IF MANAGEMENT HAS TO INTERVENE FOR ANY ISSUE WITHIN THE RESORT YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
All motorized vehicles and golf carts will follow the 5 MPH speed limit at all times and stay on the paved roads.
Children must be under adult supervision at all times, Persons under 18 are to be in their campsite or clubhouse after
dark. Parents will be held responsible for the actions of their children.
Vandalism will not be tolerated, membership will be revoked.
PETS must be on a leash under control at all times. Always clean up after your pets
No aggressive dogs allowed.
Please no moving of fire rings. Fires are permitted only in designated areas.
Pool: Read and follow the posted regulations.
Please park on gravel only
No carpets on the grass
Sewer connectors are required
No reverse osmosis
Please disconnect your sewer flushing hoses from fresh water connection when not in use
Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 7 am. Please respect your neighbors.
Check In: 8 am - 5 pm » Check Out: 11 am.
Cancellation Policy
If the guest provides 72 hours or more notice from the check-in date for cancellations, they will not be charged for their reservation. If less than 72 hours notice from the check-in date is provided, the guest's card will be charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice for the Lodging - for RV sites there will be no cancellation fee.
