There are numerous picnic tables and a pavilion for outdoor gatherings. The park also offers scheduled family game nights for evening fun!

General
The office is open at 8:00 am and closes at 7:30pm.
Check in is any time after 1pm. We have a late arrival procedure, please contact the campground for that information.
Check Out is 12:00 pm
Quiet Time is between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am
The Playground and Pool close at dusk. Please ensure that your children are at your campsite by dusk and not left to roam around.
Parking
The roadways are to stay clear in case of emergencies. If you require additional parking, contact the office.
Garbage
Dumpsters are located throughout the park and indicated on the map. Please throw all trash into one of the dumpsters. Do not leave trash at your site when you leave, Cigarette butts must be discarded properly, not thrown on the ground.
Alcohol
Moderate drinking is allowed with in your own campsite, but public intoxication is not permitted.
Pets
Pets are permitted if they are always leashed and under control. The Safe Outdoor Dogs Act bans the use of chains or heavy weights as restraints for dogs outside, and also requires owners to provide adequate shelter, shade and clean water for the tethered animals. We take this a step further and require that no pet should be left outside if the owner is not present. This is for the safety of the pet and other guests. We do have a pet playground for your pet to run free, please clean up after them. No livestock allowed in the park.
Speed Limit
The speed limit through the park is 5MPH. Don’t exceed this speed for the safety of all our guests.
Swimming Pool
We do not have a lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk.
Children 14 and younger must always have an adult (18+) with them inside the fenced pool area. If you leave the pool area the minor must leave not only the pool but the entire fenced in area. All children not potty trained must wear swimming diapers in the pool. The Pool is strictly for our registered guests. No outside guests allowed. Any outside guests will be charged with trespassing. No alcohol, glass, smoking or pets are allowed in the pool or pool area.
Laundry Facilities
Do not leave your clothes unattended. Your clothes may be removed from machines and placed on the table if the machine is needed. We will not be responsible for stolen or damaged items in the laundry room. Change for machines can be purchased in the office.
Septic
Never dump food scraps, oils, feminine products or substances not recommended by the manufacturers into your holding tank.
Severe Weather
Be advised that the Management of the RV Park cannot control the weather. When it is hot it is hot and when it is cold it is cold. At times the cold weather can freeze the pipes. It is forbidden to let water drip to prevent freezing pipes. If the pipes freeze, don’t try to turn the faucet since they will break. During freezing temperatures please remove water filters on your hose.
Privacy Policy
Protection your private information is our priority. This statement of privacy applies to Midland/Odessa RV Park and governs data collections and usage.
Midland/ Odessa RV Park reserves the right to change this and all policies from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgement of the modified policies and agreement to abide by that policy.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours and over prior to reservation is a $10.00 cancelation fee
48 hours or less prior to reservation – NO Refund will be given
No refunds on monthly reservations regardless of how long you stayed in the space.

Midland/ Odessa RV Park may collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you. We don’t collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to use when you elect to use certain products or services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Midland/Odessa RV Park collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested and may use your personal information to inform you of other products and services.
Midland/Odessa RV Park does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Midland/Odessa RV Park may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law or to comply with legal process or under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the website or public.
Information about your computer hardware or software may automatically collected. This information an include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used to the operation of the service to maintain quality of the service and provide general statistics regarding the website.
Midland/Odessa RV Park does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen you must ask your parents’ permission before using the website.
