Lost Alaskan RV Park

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SITES. You May request a site by phone or by email, but we cannot guarantee that site. Check in time is 12:00 pm (CST). Check out time is 11:00 am (CST) on the day of your departure. The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH. No parking or driving on the grass. No open flames or fires. Gas or charcoal grills and propane firepits are allowed as long as they are being tended to. DO NOT park in or drive through vacant sites. Stakes are NOT allowed in RV sites. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm (CST) to 8:00 am (CST). Clothes lines are not allowed in sites. Tying anything to the trees is not allowed, this includes dog leads. You are not allowed to do any type of mechanical work on your vehicle or rig in your site. Rugs or mats must be kept on the site and not on the grass. Please be mindful when packing up and leaving the park, this includes making sure all hook ups are properly done. Any damages done to the site in negligence will be your responsibility.

PETS: We do not have breed restrictions, but you MUST obey all pet rules.

Pets must be on a leash and under control of the owner at all times. Your pet is allowed off the leash at our paw-paw park and only at the paw paw park. You must promptly pick up after your pet in the RV park and at the paw paw park. If you do not have dog waste bags, you may purchase them in the office. We also have a dog waste bag dispenser by the paw paw park for emergency situations. Pets may NEVER be left unattended outside your rig or in the paw paw park. Pets are not allowed in the bathrooms, laundry room, or rec hall. Pets must not create a noise disturbance. Pets are not allowed to scratch or dig anywhere in the RV site or on the premises. You will be responsible for all damages caused by your pet. We will give two written warnings if these rules are not followed. The third warning, your pet will not be allowed on the premises.

Children: Children must be accompanied to the playground area. Any children that damage the play ground furnishings, or are caught throwing rocks at the playground or in the pool will not be allowed back to the area during the duration of your stay. Children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older) to the pool or shower facilities. Children may not run around the park unattended or cause any noise disturbances. Children may not ride bikes or scooters in or around the shower house.

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

• Cancelling a reservation must be done at least 7 days prior to the arrival date for a full refund minus a $15 processing fee. 

CHANGING YOUR DATES: 

We are happy to assist you with reservation changes at any time. Please note: date changes may result in different rates and the difference will be your responsibility.  

​NO SHOW POLICY:

Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in a cancelled reservation and full forfeiture of funds.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations for Cowboy Poetry, March Spring Breaks, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Viva Big bend Weekend,  Labor Day weekend, or Art Walk weekend, must be done 14 days in advance for a full refund minus a $15 Processing fee. If it is done within 7 days you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations under 7 days results in no refunds. 

CANCELLATION DUE TO RV BREAKDOWN/ACCIDENT, HOSPITALIZATION, ILLNESS:

We understand that RV breakdowns or accidents occur at the worst possible times, and are often very costly. If you have an accident or experience an RV breakdown en route to our park, we will consider refunding your entire reservation, less a $15 credit card processing fee. 

*Camp Credits will remain active on the User Account and will expire one year from issuance. Camp Credits may NOT be redeemed for any reservation dates that encompass a holiday period or special event. Camp Credits have no cash value and may only be redeemed once. Guests may not cancel a reservation made with a Camp Credit and receive another credit for a future date, or receive the balance on the Camp Credit in cash or credit back to a credit card.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.lostalaskan.com, and Lost Alaskan RV Park and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Lost Alaskan RV Park include www.lostalaskan.com and Lost Alaskan. The Lost Alaskan website is a online reservations site. By using the Lost Alaskan website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Lost Alaskan may collect personally identifiable information, such as your: first and last name, mailing address, email address, & phone number

If you purchase Lost Alaskan's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Lost Alaskan collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.

Lost Alaskan does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Lost Alaskan may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Lost Alaskan or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Lost Alaskan; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Lost Alaskan, or the public.

Changes to this Statement

Lost Alaskan reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our website, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the website and/or Services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
