As we do love animals, Ledgeview RV Park is a PET FREE PARK. Per the American Disability Act, we do allow SERVICE DOGS. All SERVICE DOGS must have vaccination records upon check in.

Our clean and impeccably maintained Ledgeview RV Park is conveniently located near all of the favorite Lake George attractions, yet just far enough away to guarantee your peace and privacy.
Our campground was developed from the ground up by the Hughes family . The Hughes family has owned and operated the campground for the last 37 years. We are a family and child friendly park with an inground pool, rec hall, rec area including shuffle board courts, bocce ball, basketball court and a small playground. Our campground theme is "Quality family time in the Adirondacks." So, come and enjoy the peace and quiet and relax with your family and friends!

The rules and regulations below are for your safety, pleasure, and comfort. Anyone not observing the rules will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund. At Ledgeview RV Park, we want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible, and we care about your safety. If you discover something in need of repair, please don’t hesitate to bring it to our attention. Please understand that under no circumstances is management responsible for personal injury to any individual, or for loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, or other causes beyond our control. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to evict without prior notice anyone who creates a disturbance or deliberately breaks any of the rules. No refund will be given under these circumstances.
Check In: Between 1 PM and 8 PM.
Check Out: Before 11:30 AM.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH enforced! Please watch for children.
For Our Guests
We are a pet free park. We do Not allow any pets.
For the comfort of all our guests, quiet hours are in effect from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No music playing is permitted after 10:00 PM. Drunkenness, the use of profanity, loud or boisterous talk or immoral conduct will not be permitted.
ALL minors must be on their site by 9:00 PM.
Children: Parents are responsible for their children’s safety, behavior, and whereabouts. All children under the age of 16 must be supervised in the restrooms, on the playground, and at the recreation hall. No bike riding in front entrance or after dark. Ledgeview RV Park adheres to the New York State Law requiring all children 14 and under to wear a helmet while riding a bicycle.
Visitors & Hours: All guests must be registered at the office. The fee for each person is $5.00 a day and $10.00 overnight.. Please ask your guests to park in the visitor’s parking lot—not on the side of the road, on the grass, or on an adjacent site.
Pool: The pool opens late May and closes early September.
Pool Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM. No life guards; all children under 16 need to be supervised by a parent/adult.
Prohibited at Ledgeview:
- Carpet mats on grass sites
- Fireworks
- Firearms
- Use of power tools
- Golf carts, mini-bikes, and ATVs
- Sleeping tents
Refunds: NO refunds for early departure, no-shows, or evictions from the park.
For Our Park
Campfires: Campfires must stay small and contained. No trash, bottles, or garbage PLEASE. Fire rings have been placed for everyone’s safety. Firewood is available for purchase at the office/store.
Parking: One RV and one motor vehicle allowed per site. Do not park on the grass. Additional vehicles must be parked behind the store or in storage.
Water Usage and Conservation: Our campground operates on well water. We have sufficient water for a full park under normal circumstances; however, we need your cooperation with the following: ABSOLUTELY NO HOSE WASHING OR SPRAYING OF ANY VEHICLE. Please be sure all hose connections are not leaking.
Sewer rings: Use a sewer ring to tighten, seal, and keep odors away.
Trash: Please place trash in a can nearest your site. Leave recyclables in crates next to trash can (i.e. aluminum cans, newspaper, #1 and #2 plastic and glass containers/bottles.) Please do not leave trash on the site or in the fire ring.
Positive as we aim to be, some rules must begin with “N-O.” No clotheslines(clothes racks are permitted) - No pets - No tents – No gray water on the ground- No walking or driving through sites

Ledgeview RV Park is a gated community. We collect a $20.00 refundable CASH deposit at check in and return the deposit at check out when gate card is returned to us.
Any damage or destruction to the property, buildings, or security gates at Ledgeview RV Park, caused by a camper or their guest, will have a $75.00 damage fee added to their bill, as well as the possibility of eviction from the premises.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus $25 processing fee.
