La Vista RV Park

RV cannot be older than 20 years.

Pets must be kept on leash. Pets may not be left unattended outdoors at any time. If pets are deemed dangerous, you and your pet could be asked to leave the premises. Please clean up after your pet AKA: Poop.

Maximum of 6 people per site. Addition fee over 2 persons.

Fires and fireworks are not permitted.

Please keep campsite neat and clean.

Check in time is 12:30 pm (CST). Check out time is 12:00 pm (CST) on the day of your departure. The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH. No parking or driving on the grass. No open Flames or fires. Gas and propane grills allowed. DO NOT park in or drive through vacant sites. Stakes are NOT allowed in RV sites. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm (CST) to 8:00 am (CST). Clothes lines are not allowed in sites. Tying anything to the trees is not allowed, this includes dog leads. You are not allowed to do any type of mechanical work on your vehicle or rig in your site. Rugs or mats must be kept on the site and not on the grass. Please be mindful when packing up and leaving the park, this includes making sure all hook ups are properly done. Any damages done to the site in negligence will be your responsibility.

PETS: We do have breed restrictions,  you MUST obey all pet rules.

Pets must be on a leash and under control of the owner at all times. You must promptly pick up after your pet in the RV park.  Pets may NEVER be left unattended outside your rig. Pets are not allowed in the bathrooms, laundry room, or rec hall. Pets must not create a noise disturbance. Pets are not allowed to scratch or dig anywhere in the RV site or on the premises. You will be responsible for all damages caused by your pet. 

Children:  Children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult in the Rec Hall. Children may not run around the park unattended or cause any noise disturbances. 

Price of RV Site includes 30 Amp Service. for 50 Amp service price increases by $3 per night and $18 per week.

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

• Cancelling a reservation must be done at least 5 days prior to the arrival date for a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.

CHANGING YOUR DATES:

We are happy to assist you with reservation changes at any time. Please note: date changes may result in different rates and the difference will be your responsibility.

NO SHOW POLICY:

Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in a cancelled reservation and full forfeiture of funds.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations for Cowboy Poetry, March Spring Breaks, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Viva Big bend Weekend, Labor Day weekend, or Art Walk weekend, must be done 14 days in advance for a full refund minus a $15 Processing fee. If it is done within 7 days you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations under 7 days results in no refunds.

CANCELLATION DUE TO RV BREAKDOWN/ACCIDENT, HOSPITALIZATION, ILLNESS:

We understand that RV breakdowns or accidents occur at the worst possible times, and are often very costly. If you have an accident or experience an RV breakdown en route to our park, we will consider refunding your entire reservation, less a $15 credit card processing fee.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to lavistarvpark.com, and LaVista RV Park and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to LaVista RV Park include www.lavistarvpark.com and LaVista. The LaVista website is an online reservations site. By using the LaVista website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with services offered, LaVista may collect personally identifiable information, such as your: first and last name, mailing address, email address, & phone number

If you purchase LaVista services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering services. To which, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

LaVista collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.

LaVista does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

LaVista reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
