$25 charge for not returning room keys.
A preauthorization in the amount of one night's room rental will be taken as a damage deposit. The value of any missing room items will be deducted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a single night booking within 24 hours of arrival day will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellation of a multi-night booking within 24 hours of arrival day will result in a cancellation fee equal to the first night's booking rate.
