Cancellation Policy
Hunting season (Sept and Oct): No refunds are provided during hunting season.
May - August: A 5 day notice or more is required to cancel stay with a full refund. A cancellation fee of $50.00 may apply if cancelled within 5 days of your stay. If stay is cancelled within 48 hours or less of your stay, you will be subject to being charged for your entire stay. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation. For cancellation purposes, scheduled check in is considered to be 3:00 pm of the scheduled arrival date.
Online reservations will charge you for your entire stay plus transactions fees with websites www.hawknestrvcabins.com and campgroundbooking.com.
Transaction fees from online are due to high demand and are not refunded.
Pets, additional guests and additional nights can be settled at check in or over the phone.
Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Check in time is between 3pm to 8pm. If you are arriving later than 8 pm, please inform the office so we can make arrangements. Check out is 11 am for all site types. Pets and additional guests will be charged at check-in, please refer to our website under "rates" for details. Email is best for changes to reservations, cancelations, or questions.
