PLEASE READ POLICIES BEFORE RESERVING A SITE

All guests and visitors are responsible for adhering to the rules.

Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

Check-in: 1:00pm-9:00pm (No Late Check-in) 

Check-out: 12:00pm (May Incur $20 Late Fee) 

Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8:00am Bathhouse Hours: 6:00am - 10:00 pm

DRIVE SLOWLY Speed Limit 5mph in Park at all times. (You will be asked to leave for failure to comply)

YOUR STAY

• 1 night NON REFUNDABLE deposit required.

• Payment in full is due upon arrival.

• No refund or credit due to weather or early departure.

• All renters must be 21 years of age.

• Site Occupancy - 4 people per site - 1 Vehicle  (additional people $20 per person per day) (2nd car $10 per day)

PARKING

• 2nd car $10 per day

• Parking Pass must be visible at all times in vehicle.

• Vehicles without a Parking Pass May Be Towed at owners expense.

YOUR CAMPER

• Must Be Commercially Manufactured, Fully Contained and Must be in GOOD working condition.

• NO Pop-ups or Tent camping

• Please use Jack Pads - Wood, Plastic or Rubber.

• Sewer Connectors - use of Rubber Donut or Water Tight Collar on all sewer connections required.

• Any sewage/chemical spills will incur a cleaning fee.

VIDEO/CAMERA SURVEILLANCE:

• Property and buildings are monitored and may be used for any lawful purpose

NO BRIGHT outside lights

NO Stakes of any kind in the ground (Flags etc)

NO Vehicle/RV Tires on the landscape to the left side of your camper. (Underground Utilities)

NO RV/Vehicle washing, servicing or repairs

NO Canopies or Shade Tents

NO Grills on Tables

NO Drones allowed in the park due to privacy.

NO Golf carts/ATVs allowed.

NO Disorderly conduct / Loud music / Fireworks

NO Cutting thru other sites.

NO Moving Picnic Tables or Fire Pit

NO Hanging clothes or towels outside, No Racks

NO Dumping of any kind- food or byproducts, drinks, ashes etc. on Park grounds (Attracts Wild Animals & ants)

BATHHOUSE/LAUNDRY

• No pets allowed in the building.

• Proper clothing must be worn (pants & shirts) at your site and upon exiting the bathhouse.

• Children Must be supervised in Bathouse/Restrooms

• Public Showers - No Couples Showering together

LAUNDRY

• Please read laundry rules posted above machines

• Contact management if you need Quarters for laundry

• Remove clothes from washer/dryer promptly

CHILDREN

• Young Children MUST be within arms reach / all under 16 must be accompanied by a parent at all times.

• Children under 16 years of age must use a bicycle helmet when riding a bike. (NC Law)

• DO NOT allow children to throw rocks!! Rocks in grass can be thrown by mower causing damage or injury.

• Parents/Guardians are solely responsible for the behavior/safety of their children.

PETS

• Limit of 3 dogs per site, 6' leashes-no longer

• All pets must be walked by adults only, leashed and cleaned up after in all areas of the property

• Do not let pets urinate on the landscape.

• Tether for pets outside MUST be short enough to keep your dog on your site. DO NOT tie dog to tables.

• Do not leave Pets unattended outside or barking inside of camper.

FIREWOOD - $5/bundle (Please call or text)

• Please extinguish fire if unattended

FIRE PIT - IMPORTANT Leave Used Wood, Charcoal, ashes from Grills, etc. in the fire pit, not the surrounding tree line or dumpster.

• NO Trash in or Burning: cans, plastic, cigarette butts, etc.

TRASH - DUMPSTER

• All household trash must be bagged and put in the dumpster near the entrance gate.

• DO NOT put electronic devices, chairs, grills, Chemicals, flammable / Hazardous materials, ashes, charcoal or burnt materials in the dumpster

VISITORS

• ALL Persons not registered to site at Check In will be considered Visitors.

• Campers must call to notify office of any Visitor prior to visitors arrival. Campers may not give out gate code.

Visitors must call at gate for park entry, then stop at the office to register and receive parking pass.

• Daytime Guests$10 per person/per day, each visit. Must be out by 10pm (after 10pm considered overnight)

• Overnight Guests $20 per person/per night

• Parking is to be determined at check in

• Maximum 6 people per site at any/all times.

• Campers are responsible for their visitors complying with all park rules

FISHING

• Fishing is allowed- catch and release only.

• No license required on private property

• NO ONE Allowed at the Pond after dark

• NO Swimming in pond

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

• Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your site and are PROHIBITED near the pond. Be Responsible

WINTER

• You will receive a text when the temperature is below 32° F Water must be shut off and hoses must be unhooked from our hydrants

• Hydrants must be fully visible, only management can amend hydrants

*Damages to Greystone RV Park property due to non-compliance of the rules by Guest / Visitor will be financial liability of the guest.

*Greystone RV Park, it's owners, employees, and representatives will not be responsible for and assumes no liability in the event of loss due to fire, theft, accidents, mother nature or any other loss, whether it may be personal injury or loss of property. Management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to evict without prior notice anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or deliberately breaks any of the RV Park rules. Eviction will be immediate and without reimbursement of any fees.
