Golden Pine RV Park
Golden Pine RV Park is located in June Lake, California just off of HWY 158. We're open May through October and have 25 sites; each with water, power and sewer hookups, as well as picnic tables and fire pits. Guests have access to restrooms, showers, laundry and fish cleaning facilities. While you're here; enjoy an easy walk to Gull Lake, June Lake or The Village of June Lake!

General Policies
~ Check-In Time: 2:00PM (Please Arrive by 6PM)
We all know travel plans can change. If you are running late, please contact us via phone or email.
~ Check Out Time: 11:00AM
Occupying a site beyond 11:00AM may result in an additional night charge.
~ Quiet Time: 10:00PM – 7:00AM
We all love a good gathering but some of our guest prefer peace and quiet. We are all neighbors, please be mindful of designated quiet times.
~ Speed Limit = 5 MPH at ALL times!
~ Children NEED to be supervised at ALL times!
~ Sleeping in Tents & Vehicles is not allowed!
~ Be BEAR AWARE! Do not leave food, ice chests, trash and/or trash cans outside.
Bears have a keen sense of smell so this should also include any scented items.
~ Smoking is not permitted in any of our buildings, including restrooms.
Smoking material must be extinguished in an appropriate fire container.
~ Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to personal property
and/or personal injury arising out of the use of Golden Pine RV Park. All users
of Golden Pine RV Park’s property are held responsible for any/all property
damages to the park.
~ Golden Pine RV Park is privately owned. Management reserves the right to
refuse entry to anyone and/or terminate a reservation at any time.
RV Site Standards Policies
~ All RV’s, vehicles and other possessions MUST fit inside your site! Each site is
allowed 1 RV & 1 vehicle.
~ On-site parking must be parallel to your RV. All additional vehicles will be parked
in overflow parking (subject to availability).
~ There will be a $20 extra vehicle charge, per vehicle for length of reservation.
~ Every site will be seen, please be a good neighbor and keep yours clean!
Clotheslines, tarps & excessive ornamental/light-up objects should be left at home.
~Outdoor cooking with fire and/or BBQ is allowed at each site (unless there is a
state band and/or a high fire risk in the area). Please dispose of all ashes in a
park provided receptacle.
Fires are only allowed in park approved fire pits
NO BBQ’s or fire pits are allowed on park provided picnic tables
~ Vehicle (RV, Boat, Car, etc.) maintenance of any kind (washing, oil change, etc.) is
NOT allowed!
~ Use of Generators are not allowed in the park (except in a park wide power outage
or prior approval from on site management).
~ Discharging Grey/Black water in the park is against the Law. Use sewer hookups
to dump all wastewater. Accidental discharge of Grey or Black water tanks
on property will result in a $500 fine!
Pets Policies
~ We welcome your furry companions. Pets MUST always be on leash while in the park.
~ Pets must not be left unattended at any time!
~ Pets are not allowed to sleep outside overnight. Bears are present in
June Lake, please keep your pets safe.
~ For the protection of, and in consideration to all guests, noisy, aggressive, or
unruly pets will not be permitted in the park. Guests who are unable to control
their pets must remove them from the park.
~ Guests are responsible for their pets and MUST clean up after them. All pet
waste should be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle.
~ Pets are not permitted in our public buildings, including but not limited to
the bathrooms, laundry room, general store, or clubhouse.
~ Pet fencing is limited to 30” in height and may be utilized only in the area around
your RV. Tethering/Long leash is allowed within your specific RV site.
Reservation Information
~ Each of our sites have a designated maximum length! Upon arrival RV MUST be
equal or less than assigned site length.
~ At time of Check-In:
Payment in full will be required (except Seasonal Monthly’s).
We may ask for identification (State/Federal ID’s and/or Passports).
~ We would hate to see you leave early. In case you do, please know there is no
refund for early departure.
~ If you decide to extend your stay, additional nights will be charged at the current
rate (subject to availability). Payment in full will be required at time of the extension.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
~ We are no longer offering deposit refunds for cancellations, instead we will be applying the deposit as a credit for a future reservation.
~ Cancellation of a reservation requires twenty-one (21) days advance notice prior to the first day of your reservation for your deposit to be transferred as a credit applied to a future reservation.
~ All cancellations within the 21 day cancellation notice will forfeit their deposit and not be able to transfer their deposit to a future reservation.
~ If a reservation is made within the cancellation period, the deposit is non-refundable & non-transferrable.
~ No-Show (1 night reservation) – If you do not show up for your reservation, your deposit
& site is forfeited.
~ No-Show (Multiple night reservation) – If you do not show up or contact us by 4pm of your
2nd night of reservation your deposit & site is forfeited. If you arrive sometime
within reservation period, please be advised any No-Show nights are forfeited &
reservation cannot be extended. If you choose to book additional nights, they will be
charged at the current rate schedule & subject to availability.
~ Refunds are NOT issued for early departures, regardless of the reason.
~ Weather is unpredictable in the Sierra. Refunds are not issued for rain, snow, heat, wind, smoke in the air or other natural causes.
In addition, Southern California Edison (the local electrical utility) has started
implementing PSPS (Public Safety Power Shut Offs) in the event of high winds. Refunds
will not be issued for power outages, as they are out of our control. Generator’s may
be used in the event of a PSPS.
