HATE FREE ENVIRONMENT-

ZERO tolerance policy for any kind of harassment's/hate against any guest including (but not limited to) sexual orientation/ harassment's, racism (slurs), religion, political views, etc. We all come from different places and believe in different things, and no one is better than anyone! So long as we all show each other respect, we can all get along and even make some new friends along the way! Any violations of this will result in immediate eviction with NO refund.

PET POLICY: This camp is pet friendly, so if barking is something you cannot tolerate- this may not be the place for you.

• During the busy summer months our camp is full of many families, most of which bring their animals. We do NOT have breed restrictions at FCRV- Instead, it is up to YOU to determine if 1) Your pet can be around other people and 2) If your pet can be around other animals of ALL kinds. We do our best here to accommodate people requests but we don't always have the option to move sites if your pet can't get along with their neighbor. Once again, it is the owners responsibility to honestly and accurately portray your pets manner and social skills.
• As previously mentioned, there are frequent pets at our camp and that does mean that sometimes animals will make noise. We ask for all our guests to respect and have patience for their neighbors. The same goes to all owners, if your dog has been barking non stop for over 20-30 minutes please try to quiet them down a way you know how.
• This brings us to our next point. One of the joys of our location is all the local hiking trails. Some of these trails may be too rough for your pets to follow you down. This means your pets will be left in your camper for hours at a time. Please make sure to either make accommodations for your pet (IE puppy pads, water, food, fans/AC), make plans with a friend or neighbor to let them out or feed them after certain time. Or you can make arrangements with the front desk to have staff let them out/feed as long as it is discussed and agreed to well in advance.
• POOP PICKUP- We ask that you clean up after your pets anytime they go to the bathroom. If you're out of bags you can get some at the front desk. We do our best to keep our property clean everyday- But we cannot get to everything and it would put the local wildlife at risk for sickness and disease as well as your beloved pet! Custer fines for failing to pick up after your dog can be $25+.

QUIET TIME BEGINS AT 10 PM

We are all aware that camping is a relaxing holiday. However, not all parts of camping are silent. If you have a generator you plan to use here, please keep in mind- they are loud! We are aware "things happen" and there are circumstances where "plans" don't work out, So when possible- to ensure your neighbors get a full nights rest, please try to plan ahead. For example, try to plan on using your generator (to shower, wash dishes, etc) during the day or early evening. Past 10 pm if you need to run your generator please limit it to 20-30 min.

Management has the right to refuse service.

By confirming this reservation- you are agreeing to all the camp policy's and terms. Any violations deemed my management to be severe enough, Management has the right to evict without refund.

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

No Call/No Show- full deposit/payment forfeited site will be sold after 6 pm unless late check in is arranged.

If something comes up and you give notice you can "save" your reservation for another date so long as it is discussed with management prior to check in date.
