CAMPING POLICY

The above policy is not intended to be a set of Do’s and Don’ts, but rather are to insure you a safe and enjoyable stay while here at French Creek.

Policy is set forth as follows: 

• Please note - If for any reason a refund is needed, and you have paid with a credit card- you will receive your refund in the form of cash or check.

• HATE FREE ENVIRONMENT- ZERO tolerance policy for any kind of harassments/hate against any guest including (but not limited to) sexual orientation/ harassments, racism, religion, political views, etc. We all come from different places and believe in different things, and no one is better than anyone! So- long as we all have respect, we can all get along and even make some new friends along the way! Any violations of this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Up to management’s discretion. 

Weekly and monthly rates available – Monthly renters will be charged $0.10 per KW for electricity.

Reservations:

1. Made by phone, or Goodsam Online Booking platform
2. All reservations will be confirmed by e-mail. 
3. Advance deposit to be made when requested by management   Note:  if requested deposit is not received within 2 weeks, the reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellations:

Deposit of one night stay is non refundable. If cancellation is made 48 hrs. in advance- If you prepaid full stay online the remaining balance will be refunded into the account you paid with.

Payment at registration:

1. Cash, check, or credit card accepted.

2. Payment in full upon arrival.

3. Check-out time    11am

4. Check-in -12pm If you expect to be later than 5:00 p.m., call by 3:00 p.m. or 

the site will be rented, and deposit forfeited after 5:00 p.m.                   

RV memberships: 

We are a Good Sam park – discounts accepted, with valid GS number/card.

PET POLICY:

             Extremely pet friendly park

• During the busy summer months our camp is full of many families, most of which bring their animals. We do NOT have breed restrictions at FCRV- Instead, it is up to YOU to determine if 1) Your pet can be around other people and 2) If your pet can be around other animals of ALL kinds. We ask that if your pet is known to be aggressive towards other dogs – please make sure they are always supervised by an adult, on a leash, or behind a fence. 
• We do our best here to accommodate people requests but we don't always have the option to move sites if your pet can't get along with their neighbor. Once again, it is the owner’s responsibility to honestly/accurately portray your pet’s manner and social skills.
• As previously mentioned, there are frequent pets at our camp and that does mean that sometimes animals will make noise. We ask for all our guests to respect and have patience for their neighbors. The same goes to all owners, if your dog has been barking nonstop for over 20-30 minutes, please try to quiet them down a way you know how.
• This brings us to our next point. One of the joys of our location is all the local hiking trails. Some of these trails may be too rough for your pets to follow you down. This means your pets will be left in your camper for hours at a time. Please make sure to either make accommodations for your pet (IE puppy pads, water, food, fans/AC), make plans with a friend or neighbor to let them out or feed them after certain time. Or you can plan with the front desk to have staff let them out/feed as long as it is discussed and agreed to well in advance.

POOP PICKUP- We ask that you clean up after your pets anytime they go to the bathroom. If you're out of bags you can get some at the front desk. We do our best to keep our property clean everyday- But we cannot get to everything, and it would put the local wildlife at risk for sickness and disease as well as your beloved pet! Custer fines for failing to pick up after your dog can be $25+ and cause for eviction.

            General rules;

1. No laundry hanging on or between sites.
2. RV washing by permission plus a charge.
3. No mechanical work unless a repair service is called.

SITE SELECTION REQUESTS:

We do our best to fulfill all guests’ requests, but we don't always have the ability to let guests choose their own sites. Many people come here in groups, and it is not possible to always get you side by side sites. 

QUIET TIME BEGINS AT 10 PM

We are all aware that camping is a relaxing holiday. However, not all parts of camping are silent. If you have a generator you plan to use here, please keep in mind- they are loud! We are aware "things happen" and there are circumstances where "plans" don't work out, so when possible- to ensure your neighbors get a full nights rest, please try to 

plan ahead. For example, try to plan on using your generator (to shower, wash dishes, etc.) during the day or early evening. Past 10 pm if you need to run your generator, please limit it to 20-30 min.

SITE NUMBER MAY NOT BE FINAL AND ARE ASSIGNED AT CHECK IN

OFFICE HOURS: 7AM-7PM - If you believe you will be later than 7pm you must call and clear with Manager. Failure to do this may result in loss of site and deposit.

CANCELLATION FEE - $40 (Must be at least 48 hrs notice)

No Call/No Show- full deposit/payment forfeited site will be sold after 6 pm unless late check in is arranged.
