Check out our website for additional information. Our Doggie Daycare and Bathhouse is a convenient way to let your dog be taken care while you visit places in our area. We have horse boarding available for those who travel with their larger four-legged family members.
The clubhouse is a beautiful log cabin with plenty of room to relax and watch a movie on Amazon Prime, play a game or two, work on a puzzle, bake a cake, or just have some down time to unwind from a busy day. Laundry facility and full Women's and Men's bathrooms are located here.
Our outdoor kitchen, gazebo, and hot tub provide our guests time for relaxation and visiting under a beautiful setting. Take a walk down Freedom Lane and enjoy the peace of watching our many horses and donkeys grazing, at play, or coming up to the fence to welcome you to the ranch.
Our resort is in the heart of the Texas Hill Country within short distances from Austin, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, and Marble Falls. In addition, we are located within a couple of minutes drive to Lake Buchanan’s public boat ramp and park. These are just a few of the many attractions close to us.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
- RV Check-in time is 1:00 pm
- RV Check-out time is 12:00 noon
AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN:
Wall mounted secretary is located on outside wall down from office door.
Your name will be on the sealed envelope with check-in package.
See After Hours phone numbers listed on secretary for any questions.
GUESTS PER SITE:
Additional people to RV site (overnight guests) must check in at the office.
Maximum of 6 total people per site is enforced.
RV POLICY:
RVs more than 10 years old must be approved by Park Manager before arrival.
Pop-up trailers, pick-up campers, tents and/or sleeping outdoors is prohibited.
QUIET TIME:
Quiet time is 10:00 pm until 8:00 am and is strictly enforced.
- PET POLICY:
- Resort does not accept dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive.
- Any dog of this nature will be asked to leave the resort with their owners.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 ft. when outside owner's unit.
- Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.
- Constant barking and pet messes bother other campers. If pet is too vocal
- or feces is not cleaned up, you will need to find other accommodations.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
5 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced.
No smoking in any resort buildings
No glass containers allowed on park grounds.

OTHER POLICIES:
Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Park guest(s) and/or their day or overnight guest(s) that do no abide by
Park rules will be required to leave Park immediately with no refund of fees.
Cancellation Policy
A 7 day advance notice is required for refund minus 20% cancellation fee.
No deposit refund for cancellations within specified limits.
- No refunds for early departure or inclement weather.
- No refunds for leash rule violations.
