Our natural, unspoiled Desert setting is the main draw to Desert Trails RV Parks location. But we have also accumulated many amenities since 1998, and we surprise our guests with the extent of our Facilities. We are a 40+ RV Park and attract an energetic customer base. This is reflected in our Hiking, Biking, Dances, Aerobics and other Outdoor Activities.
We offer a Campground atmosphere, unlike other RV Parks, and don't offer "Annual Rates" for permanent residents. Every "off-season" we upgrade infrastructure as well as improve existing buildings and create new spaces for expanding activities. The Trailer Life (Good Sam) directory recognizes this too, by increasing our "Ratings" to 9/9/9.
Not under any measurable category, are the amazing Artists who perform 2-3 times per week. Many "alternative" musicians are not for all tastes. But our enthusiastic audiences also like the conventional "Shows". All evenings are well attended and generate an "electric" intimate atmosphere which encourage top names to return to our relatively small venue at Desert Trails. On nights without live Music, Lectures, Bingo, Kararoke, Poker & Games fill up the rest of the Schedule.

Check Out is 11 AM - if you would like to stay longer, please contact the office before 10 AM
40+ Adults Only - no children.
Residents' overnight visitors must register at the front office - there is a charge of $5 per person/per night.
Sewer Collars (Donuts) are required. (A $50 fee will be charged for clean up and labor if sewer collars are not used.)
Rigs/Trailers 10 years or older subject to manager approval upon arrival.
No aggressive dogs.
ALL pets must be leashed and waste disposed of in a sanitary manner.
NO electric heaters or dryers.
NO loud music or other disturbing sounds.
NO open fires.
NO wasting of water when washing RV or trailer.
NO tents.
NO vehicle maintenance. (Emergency and minor repairs only.)
We reserve the right to deny space to, or request the departure of non-compliant guests.
We reserve the right to request the reimbursement for destruction of Park property and/or facilities.
Please store ALL items expect patio furniture neatly under RV.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels their reservation before arrival, the deposit for the first night is forfeited.
If a guest book for a weekly stay and cancel it during the week, no refund will be provided.
If a guest book for a month and decided to pull out prior to the end of the month, guest will be charged weekly rate.
Guest Deposit are Non-Refundable.
