Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a credit card to confirm a site. All reservations, including rental units and sites, that are made outside the cancellation policy window, 4 pm the day prior to arrival, will be charged the full fee at the time of booking.  

A cancellation will be given until 4 pm local time the day prior to arrival for RV site rentals of less than 1 month. Any cancellations after this time will result in a full night's rate being charged to the credit card on file. All NO SHOWS will be charged the full rate.

Rental Units have a 24 hr cancellation limit, full payment will be taken from the card on file after the 24 hrs expires. Changes can be made up to 4 pm the day prior to arrival depending on availability.

There are NO REFUNDS for early departures.
