ALL CAMPERS MUST SETTLE ANY REMAINING BALANCE DUE WITHIN ONE HOUR OF ARRIVE.

ANTI-SIPHON VALUES MUST REMAIN ON ALL THE WATER LINES! THERE IS A $30 FEE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ANTI-SIPHON VALUES.

REGISTERED CAMPERS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 CAMPING ON-SITE. ONE VEHICLE, ONE FAMILY PER SITE (2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN UNDER 21) EXTRA $5.00 PER PERSON 12 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. PETS ARE WELCOME! CHARGE FOR MORE THAN ONE.

-NO Dirt BIKES, UTV's OR ATV'S ARE PERMITTED. PLEASE OBSERVE THE 5MPH SPEED LIMIT.

-CHILDREN UNDER 15 YEARS AND PETS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED ON CAMPGROUND WHEN YOU DEPART.

-ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH OR TIED TO A CAMPSITE.NO CAGES, PENS OR FENCING ALLOWED. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS. CONSTANT BARKING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. PETS ARE WELCOME IN OUR RENTAL LODGING, HOWEVER; THE USE OF PEE PADS IS PROHIBITED.

-NO CHAINSAWS PERMITTED. DO NOT CUT ANY TREES, LIMBS OR BUSHES. DO NOT CARVE ON THE PICNIC TABLES AND\OR TREES.

-SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY OF THE CAMPGROUND BUILDINGS. SMOKING IS ALLOWED AT CAMP SITES BUT PLEASE PICK UP ALL CIGARETTE BUTTS AND DISPOSE OF PROPERLY.

-RECREATION EQUIPMENT MUST BE CHECKED OUT BY A REGISTERED CAMPER. BOAT RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE.

-ALL GARBAGE MUST BE PLACED IN DUMPSTER. YOU MUST RECYCLE YOUR GLASS, PLASTIC, PAPER AND TIN CANS. NO BURNING PLASTICS, METAL, FOOD OR ANY OTHER WASTE IN FIREPLACES. PLEASE MAKE SURE THERE IS NO HOT OR WARM EMBERS WHEN DEPARTING YOUR SITE.

THERE IS A $30 CHARGE FOR EXCESSIVE GARBAGE LEFT ON SITES AND IN FIRE-RINGS, PLEASE PUT ALL TRASH IN THE DUMPSTER.

-CHILDREN SHOULD BE AT THEIR CAMPSITES NO LATER THAN 10PM

-ALL BOAT TRAILERS MUST BE PARKED IN DESIGNATED AREAS. NO BOAT TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE CAMPSITE.

ALL PERSONAL CANOES, KAYAKS AND OTHER FLOATING DEVICES MUST BE TAKEN BACK TO THE CAMPSITE AFTER USE.

-CHILDREN UNDER 12 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PARENT IN THE GAME ROOM.

-BIKE HELMETS ARE REQUIRED WHEN RIDING ON PREMISES (UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE)

-PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VEHICLES PARKED BY THE LAKE. PLEASE USE DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS.

-SOME OF THE DOCKS ON THE LAKE FRONT ARE PRIVATE. PLEASE USE THE CAMPS DOCKS THAT ARE NUMBERED.

-IF YOU CLEAN FISH, PLEASE ASK THE OFFICE WHERE TO DISPOSE OF THE REMAINS.

-NO FIREWORKS AT CAMPSITES

-NO THROWING STONES, ESPECIALLY AT THE LAKE FRONT!

NOTICE TO CAMPERS

THIS PROPERTY IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY TO CAMPERS, LOSS OF MONEY, JEWELRY OR VALUABLES OF ANY KIND. DISORDERLY CONDUCT, OBSCENE ACTS OR INTOXICATION WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY YOU, YOUR GUESTS OR YOUR CHILDREN AND/OR PETS.

**RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

In consideration of participating in campground activities, and for other good and valuable consideration, we hereby agree to release and discharge from liability arising from negligence Cool Lea Camp LLC and its owners, directors, agents, volunteers, participants and all other persons or entities acting for them (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasees”), on behalf of myself and my children, parents, heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate, also agree as follows:

1. We acknowledge camping at Cool Lea Camp LLC and participating in campground activities involves known and unanticipated risks which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis or permanent disability, death and property damage. Risks include, but are not limited to, broken bones, torn ligaments or other injuries as a result of falls; burns from campfires; drowning in any bodies of water; falls from play equipment or caused by uneven surfaces; medical conditions resulting from physical activity; and damaged clothing or other property. We understand such risks simply cannot be eliminated, despite the use of safety equipment, without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity.
2. We expressly accept and assume all of the risks inherent in any activity or that might have been ecaused by negligence of the Releasees. Our participation in any activity is purely voluntary and we elect to participate despite the risks. In addition, if at any time we believe that the event conditions are unsafe or that we are unable to participate due to physical or medical conditions, then we will discontinue participation ASAP.
3. We hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify & hold harmless Releasees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with our participation in any activity, or our use of their equipment or facilities, arising from negligence. This release does not apply to claims arising from intentional conduct. Should Releasees or anyone acting on their behalf be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, we agree to indemnify & hold them harmless for all such fees & costs.
4. We represent that we have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage we may suffer or cause while participating in any activity, or else we agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage. We further represent that we have no medical or physical condition which could interfere with our safety in any activity, or else we are willing to assume- and bear the costs of – all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.
5. In the event that we file a lawsuit, we agree to do so solely in the state where Releasees’ facility is located, and we further agree that the substantive law of the state shall apply.
6. We agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and in effect.

By agreeing to this document, we agree that if we are hurt or our property is damaged during our participation in any activity or stay at Cool Lea Camp LLC, then we may be found in a court of law to have waived our right to maintain a lawsuit against the parties being released on the basis of any claim for negligence.

We have had sufficient time to read this entire document, and should we choose to do so, consult legal counsel prior to signing. Also we understand that any activity might not be made available to us or that the cost to engage in any activity would be significantly greater if we were to choose not to sign this release, and agree that the opportunity to participate at the stated cost in return for the execution of this release is a reasonable bargain. We have read and understood this document and we agree that all persons identified below and any additional guests visiting with you at Cool Lea Camp LLC shall be bound by its items.

The Swimming Facilities @ Cool Lea Campground LLC Cool Lea Camp is not supervised by a lifeguard or other responsible person. In place of on- site supervision, this facility has established a series of safeguards to be followed, by all guests. We are required to notify you of these rules, to ensure that water rescue equipment is at the beachside and that the swimming area is maintained in a sanitary matter. In the interest of your safety and that of your guests, we require you to follow these rules. Please read the safety rules located at the beach front and outlined on this form. If you have any questions, we will happy to discuss them with you.

• NEVER SWIM ALONE- a minimum of two adults 18 years of age or older must be present whenever this swimming facility is in use, with at least one adult on the beachfront.

• THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION- Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied to the bathing facility by a parent or guardian, is similar adult

• IF AN EMERGENCY, NOTIFY THE FACILITY OPERATOR AND CONTACT HELP IMMEDATELY. A free telephone is provided at this facility. Telephone numbers for the nearest medical service are posted. Only use this facility during posted hours of operation.

Injuries can be prevented and safety is everyone's responsibility. If you notice any problems with the water quality or the absence of safety equipment, please notify us at once.

BY AGREEING TO THIS DOCUMENT YOU CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE BATHING SAFETY RULES AT THIS FACILITY. AND WILL ABIDE BY THE RULES LISTED ON THE RULES ABOVE AND ON THE BEACHFRONT.
