Cedar Creek Resort

• I/We understand that this is a clothing optional resort. I will never be required to disrobe but I understand that I am very likely to see nude people while on the property.
• I/we understand that electric golf carts are allowed with proof of insurance but they must remain on designated golf cart paths. I/we agree to provide proof of liability insurance and not to operate it while intoxicated. No ATV’s, go-carts or other motorized amusement rides allowed.
• I/we understand that while Cedar Creek Resort is an age 21 and up club, we do have a family friendly code of conduct. Overt sexual activity is not allowed in the public areas. No one under age 21 is allowed on the grounds for any reason.
• I/we understand and agree that violence is never tolerated in the resort. In the interest of the other guests’ peace, one or both parties may be ejected from the Resort either temporarily or permanently at the digression of management and regardless of membership status without refund.
• I/we agree to disclose if I am bringing in a pet and will furnish current vaccination records
• Disturbances: Earphones are required when listening to personal music in common areas and any other sound must be kept at a level so as not to create a nuisance to other registered guests / members.
• No glass containers are allowed in the pool areas. If glass is broken elsewhere, please notify management immediately.
• Speed Limit: 5 MPH speed limit in the Resort!
• Illegal Drugs and all other contraband are prohibited on the grounds.
• Those with a carry permit must notify management at check-in if they have a weapon in their possession.

Normally cancellations more than 7 days prior to reservation is entitled to a full refund less $20 deposit

Nudestock - Passes must be purchased with reservation for non-members. These and first night of accommodation deposit is non refundable after September 1st.

NO PICTURES IN THE COMMON AREA - PERIOD. Even if no one is around , it was "just a selfie" or a butterfly. Taking pictures will get you banned from the property without any refund. Cameras, video equipment, etc.: I /we agree that no pictures will be taken and no audio or video recording will be conducted by me/us. The privacy of our members and guests is of utmost importance. Cameras and other audio or video recording equipment are prohibited in the public areas of the resort. Currently cell phones are allowed in the common area but not for the purpose of taking pictures. If I am suspected of taking pictures or making audio or video recordings inside the resort under any other circumstances I agree to turn my recording device over for inspection by management. If photos from inside the resort are found on my device I agree to delete the photographs and be ejected from the resort permanently
