Whether you are heading East or West on the I-20 we here at the Canton I-20 RV Park strive to provide the following amenities which include:
Park-wide WI-FI, SWIMMING POOL, laundry machines for guests and tenants, bathrooms equipped with showers. Take a dip and enjoy the variety of patio lounge seating. You can also enjoy seating under a covered patio and feel free to use the barbecue grill which has coal and fuel provided.
The park also includes tree shaded sites that are big enough and equipped to handle any size of RV/Trailer. ALL sites include electrical hook-up (20, 30, and 50 amp), fresh water supply, and direct septic connection. No need to move your rig to empty the waste tank.
There is an expansive amount of yard to play in, hike, and enjoy while taking in the scenery. Swing set available for kids of all ages and don’t forget the football for a game of catch. Bringing the dog for a walk? Use the provided waste disposal bin to help clean up after your pet.
This park is suitable for a wide variety of visitors which includes hassle-free overnight stay, family vacation get-aways, and guests who intend to spend more than one season with us. Here at Canton I-20 RV Park we have included all the luxuries of your home with the goal of making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Our recreation hall is temporarily closed for remodel but what’s to come includes: A fresh interior design, new kitchen appliances, large screen TV, pool table, and arcade games for your enjoyment.

Park Rules are as follows:
- Speed Limit is 5 m.p.h. throughout the park. Stay OFF the grass. DO NOT drive through vacant sites!
- All tenants MUST register their guests and pay the fees for their guests.
- (See fee pricing posted at the office)
- All pets MUST be registered and pay the fees for their pet. (See Pet Policy)
- Pets must always be on a leash and/or under control of their owner while on park grounds. (See Pet Policy)
- No more than two (2) pets allowed per tenant. Only dogs and cats are allowed.

- Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- No satellite dishes allowed. (Mobile Satellite Only)
- No storage of any kind or stored vehicles at the campsites. Vehicles not used as daily drivers MUST be in the storage area and the storage fee must be paid.
- All vehicles and RV’s must be insured and provide proof. Stored vehicles MUST be in our storage area and the storage fee paid. Only daily driver vehicles to be parked at sites.
- No permanent structures are allowed without owner and management approval.
- Pool hours are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Check out is no later than 12:00 p.m.
PET POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
- Pets are limited to cats and dogs.
- Pets must have current vaccinations.
- Pets must be wearing proper ID Tags.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED to roam freely anywhere on the RV Park grounds without the pet owner with them.
- NO PETS ALLOWED in the pool area.
- NO PETS ALLOWED in the office.
- NO PETS ALLOWED in the recreation building.
- NO PETS ALLOWED in the bathrooms.
- NO PETS ALLOWED in the laundry room.
- We encourage your pets to exercise. Should you want to play with your pet outside without their leash, you MUST be able to always keep control of your pets.
- Pet owners MUST clean up all pet waste. Please use pet stations provided.
- There is a pet relief area located in the NW grassy area of the property. Please clean up after your pet and dispose into the trash can or dumpsters near the front entrance.
- Pet fees are required for all sites.
- Pets MUST be registered with office along with their breed and names.
- Anyone in violation of the PET POLCY will be asked to correct the violation immediately or vacate the RV Park.
- Daily rate: $3.00 per pet (maximum of (2) two pets)
- Weekly rate: $10.00 for (1) pet $20.00 for (2) two pets (maximum of (2) two pets)
- Monthly rate: (1 to 3 months) $30.00 for (2) two pets (maximum of (2) pets)
- Extended Stay rate: (4 months or more) $30.00 for (2) two pets (maximum of (2) pets)

Cancellation Policy
For Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Extended Stays, and Premium Extended Stays there is a NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Fee of $25.00
For Canton First-Monday Trade-Day reservations there are NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS.
Privacy Policy
We, Canton I-20 RV Park/Jolicoeur Properties, LLC), will never sell or distribute guest personal information to any third party. We will only use personal information for reservation purposes. When credit card information is used to book a reservation and/or pay in-full during reservation or upon time of arrival that is the only times your, the guest, credit card information will be used. Guest's receive text message (SMS) receipts and/or emailed a receipt upon request. Guest phone numbers are only used to contact said guest regarding site reservation and/or informing the guest of any concerns, issues, or courteous reminders of Park Rules and Pet Policy items.
