Rules

Vehicles and Parking

Two standard size vehicles allowed per site. Park only at your site or on the grass at the west end of the park. Parking or using other sites will result in charges for other sites. No vehicle maintenance or repairs are allowed at any place within the park. Excessively loud vehicles are prohibited.

Guests and Visitors

Maximum number of guests per site is 4, 2 guests included in rate. Any additional persons is a $3 per adult per night charge.

All visitors, guests, and associated vehicles must be registered at the office. Overnight guests will incur additional per person fee.

Children

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult in all park facilities. Children are expected to be well-behaved and to obey all park rules.

Swimming Pool

hours are 10am to 8pm. Pool rules are posted and must be followed at all times. Pool is for registered park guests only. No running, diving, horseplay, or glass containers allowed. Children under 13 must be attended by an adult at all times. Failure to adhere to pool rules will result in loss of pool privileges.

Behavior

Foul language, loud music, vandalism, rowdiness, or any other ill-mannered conduct will not be tolerated. Failure to obey these rules will result in removal from the park.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any buildings at any time. Please pick up all butts and be considerate of other guests.

Alcoholic Beverages

Concealed alcoholic beverages are permitted, as long as it is kept under control.

Pets

Keep all pets on a leash and cleaned up after while outside. Excessive barking or aggressive dogs will be removed from the park. Do not leave pets unattended. No pets in the pool area or in the park buildings. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pet, failure to do so will be a $15 charge. Maximum number of pets per site is 2.

Garbage

Bag all garbage and place in the large garbage dumpster on the south side of the park. Boxes must be flattened before placing in the dumpster. No large bulky trash or outside trash is allowed.

Restrooms

Keep restrooms clean at all times. Dispose of paper products properly and do not place paper towels in toilet. Please use only toilet paper in toilets. Notify the management if the restrooms need attention.

Liability

All park facilities are available for use by park guests at their own risk. Management is not responsible for accidents, lost or stolen items and/or injury due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, Acts of God, or other unforeseen acts.

Laws

All State and Local laws must be obeyed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Background checks are run on weekly and monthly guests. Disobeying the rules will result in removal from the park without a refund. Authorities will be notified if necessary

Cancellations 7 days or more full refunds minus $5 processing fee.

3 days prior 50% refunds.

No refunds 72 prior to check in day.
