BIG WILLS CREEK CAMPGROUND
The park is located in Wills Valley and is associated with some of the earliest historical events in northern Alabama. The Creek itself was named after Chief Big Will, a red-headed Indian chief, the son of a British agent to the Indians and a Cherokee squaw, left this creek his name forever.
Today families and Friends enjoy coming to the creek for tubing, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming, hiking and relaxing in the outdoors.
The campground offers full hook-up for 30 /50 amp and 110 on most camper sites, cabins, rustic primitive camping, primitive camping, tent camping with power and water, Day passes available.
Amenities include flush toilets, showers, drinking water, and coin laundry facilities, Also within the park is playgrounds, seasonal creek tubing, Creek or Lake fishing.

CAMPGROUND RULES
CAMPING
If you are staying at the campground, you must camp only in those places specifically provided or marked. All vehicles, RV's, and trailers must be parked on your campsite. Driving or parking off road is not permitted.
Quiet hours are between 9pm-7am. Please be considerate of others.
Keep noise down at all times. No loud music at any time.
Check-in is at 4pm check out is at 11am, additional charges will apply for leaving late of $10.00 per hour.
Playground
Play at your own risk, respect all games and playground equipment. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Occupancy
Everyone staying must be reported on a waiver.
Visitors
All visitors must check in at the office for a pass, must abide by the rules. All sites over the maximum # of visitors may not stay past 9pm.
Vehicle operation
SPEED LIMIT IS STRICTLY 5 MPH. Drivers must obey all traffic signs and operate their vehicles in accordance with posted regulations, and applicable Federal, State, and local laws. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. All others must park in overflow areas. You are responsible for all and any accidents or injuries. No vehicles are to obstruct any roads or campground property. (Towed at owners expense).

Swim in designated areas. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Sanitation
Help prevent pollution by keeping garbage, litter, and foreign substances out of the creek, pond, and other waters. All garbage and litter must either be deposited in containers provided, or taken with you when you leave. Clean up after yourself and your pets. Glass bottles are NOT permitted on the campground. You will be fined $15 if garbage is not properly taken care of.
Public Property
Leave nature areas the way you find them. Do not carve, chop, cut, or damage any live trees. Please do not climb on trees. Feeding or harassing wildlife id prohibited. Everyone must abide by the Alabama Game Warden laws.
Campfires
Obey any restriction on fires. Fires may be limited or prohibited at certain times. Within campground and other recreation areas, fire may only be built in elevated fire pits or ones that are provided by Big Wills Creek Campground. Be sure your fire is completely extinguished before leaving. Never leave a fire unattended. You are responsible for keeping fire under control. You take all responsibility for any and all accidents that may occur. You must do away with your ashes and coals in the dumpster. Not In Trash Cans.
Fireworks
Use of fireworks or other explosives within the campground and other recreation area is prohibited.
Pets
Pets must be restrained on a leash at all times. Pets are never to be left outside unattended. You must clean up after your pets and dispose of their waste properly and quickly. Owner takes full responsibility for any actions of your pets. NO aggressive pets are allowed on the premises. You must sign a pet agreement when you check in with the office.
Children
We want the children to be safe & have a good time, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. Please use good judgment if you decide to leave your children at the park when you are gone. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior. Children under 12 must have adult supervision at all times.
Conduct
Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxiousness, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated.
This will be reason for immediate eviction without refund.
Drugs
Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited anywhere on this property. Persons caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without refund as well as the sheriffs department called. Persons knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential.
Big Wills Creek Campground liability
All facilities and equipment of the campground is intended for the convenience of the guest. Any and all persons using the facilities do so at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The campground is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any and all damage to the campground. These rules are for health, cleanliness, legality, and welfare of all.
Our staff will gladly help you set up your camper, tent, RV upon arrival is help is needed. If you have any other issues with your equipment our staff cannot do any type of repairs unless you contact the office and a work order is issued.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT OR REFUSE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO BREAK OR DISREGUARD ANY RULES WITHOUT A REFUND. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE RULES, REGULATIONS, AND FEES WHEN NECESSARY.
We know most camper's can be some of the most helpful, honest and kind people in the world with good common sense, needing no written rules as they already honor the welfare and rights of others. THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER 24 HOUR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. EQUIPMENT IN USE IS TO AID IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY CRIMES COMMITTED AGAINST THIS BUSINESS.
BY SIGNING THIS YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL ABIDE BY ALL OF THE RULES. YOU AGREE THAT YOU CAN BE REMOVED FROM BIG WILLS CREEK CAMPGROUND & TUBING PROPERTY AT ANY GIVEN TIME WITHOUT A REFUND. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT ANY VISITORS THAT ENTER THE PROPERTY WILL CHECK INTO THE OFFICE PRIOR RO VISITING YOU. IF THEY FAIL TO CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE THEY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be paid in full within 30 days of your check in date, if you make a reservation for next weekend it must be paid in full at the time of booking. If cancelled within 1 week of check in (4PM)we can reschedule your reservation for a later date in which you choose. NO SHOW NO CALL you will not have the option to reschedule. We do not offer refunds on cancellations. If you DO NOT put a Deposit down, your site will not be held, we will cancel any reservation after 12 hours. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECKING IN.

*If you are booking a cabin with us please understand you will need to bring your own bedding, pillows, towels, and toiletries. We do not provide these items. Please contact our office for bed sizes.
