WELCOME
Welcome to Central Ohio's RV Park. Located nine miles west of downtown Columbus, we are an urban, non-recreational RV Park.
We are just three miles from the intersection of I-270 and I-70 on the west side of Columbus on the Historic National Road.
We have 35 full hookup sites and are open year-round.
We are a multi-generational, family owned, small business that opened in 1965. Currently the third and fourth generations are managing and operating the park.

CHECK IN
Between 12:30 and 8:00pm. You will receive an email with your assigned site the day before your arrival.

DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit for nightly and weekly stays of $10 will be charged at the time of reservation.
RULES and GUIDELINES
Keep welcome mats, satellites, and vehicles off grass.
Each site needs to be kept clean and free of clutter and litter, including cigarette butts.
Pets are permitted at the manager's discretion. Owners must promptly clean up and properly dispose of pet waste. Noisy or objectionable pets will not be tolerated. Pets must always be on a leash and never left unattended outside. Pets must have immunizations up to date, having tags or medical records as proof.
A sewer elbow or rubber donut is required. Please use a pedestal holder to hold the sewer hose off the ground.
No parking of vehicles is allowed in an empty campsite. If you are unsure where to park your vehicle or a guest's vehicle, please inquire at the office.
Please put your awning in when you leave.
Loud music is not permitted.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and be in their units by 9:30 pm. Please have children play in the front yard, away from other campers.
Loaded firearms and fireworks are not permitted.
Excessive use of alcoholic beverages and/or obscene language is not permitted.
Grills are permitted at your site. A community fire pit is available for your use. Please inquire at the office.
The Fire Code requires campers, including slides, to maintain 15 feet between units when side by side or ten feet when end to end. Please leave enough space between you and your neighbor when parking your RV.
Please take trash and recycling to the dumpsters located at the back of the park. Ask us about composting options.
Management reserves the right to have rule violators ejected without a refund.
Our laundromat, located in the white building behind the house, is open 24/7. You can check machine availability by creating an account on mywavevision.com.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES
In the event of threatening weather, you may take shelter in our cellar, located through the back door of the house. The tornado warning sirens are tested every Wednesday at noon.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Nightly and Weekly Reservations:
- The Cancellation fee for nightly and weekly reservations is $10.
Cancellation policy for monthly reservations:
- A $400 deposit is required when the reservation is made.
- Half of the deposit is refundable if cancelled a month or more before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled less than a month prior to arrival.
