If you are looking for a small fun-friendly campground with southern hospitality vibes you are in the right place. If you are looking for a resort-style park with all the amenities, then we probably are not the park for you…

*By way of full disclosure, we would like to state that we are not and have no intention of being a large commercial campground. We are just some hands-on DIY folks, who have always enjoyed camping with our family growing up We are working hard to create a unique design for our guests, we are not simply making space and placing people in the backyard, as it goes. (The Front old house is going to be our camp store/office) in the future.

Our layout is nice and accommodating. If you stay with us it would only be possible to have a couple of neighbors, at just the right distances, for both peace and' quiet and socializing. If you're looking for waterslides and paddleboats' it may be best to book elsewhere. We are a place specifically designed for you to experience convenient calm, and relaxation without a million people fussing about your every move or rule and maybe enjoy some nature. We are aiming to be completely transparent, so please, no bad reviews if there is not enough entertainment.

For fun and amusement, the provision we have is a central headquarters for access to many of the Lowcountry's most sought-after places to visit and explore. I will list all the fun things to do at the bottom.

So now that we have that out of the way.. .

We are just a small family park with 10 sites. 5 sites are 50amp and Full Hook up & Wifi. (3) sites are 50amp hookup and Wifi, just not the sewer. (although we do have a dump station within 100ft for you to use) then we have (2) 50 amp sites upfront for people just pulling in for a good night's rest while on their journey. (these sites do not have sewer either)Currently, there is No bathhouse, No laundry, and no store Just Yet! However, all are coming in the very near future.

But, We do have a ping pong table you can test your game on, we don't leave it out but just ask and we'll get it out for you.

You will see us out and about working at the campground, adding new sites, starting the bathhouse, laundry, and hopefully real soon a campground hangout with a small selection of drinks and a large screen projector to watch a game on.

We enjoy a nice cocktail by the fire in the evenings, maybe a cookout with other campers, and sometimes a little music with it, and hope you will too! We want everyone to come and enjoy themselves. We have almost 30 acres for you to enjoy, feel free to take a walk and explore.

For the adventure and amusement provision:

Just to name a few things: Old Sheldon Church Ruins (a beautiful place to see in the daylight, but breathtaking at night)

Is crabbing, shrimping, or fishing more your thing? Throw your net out or drop a line in the Ace Basin that is less than 4 minutes away. If salt water is more your thing, in less than 10 minutes you could be sitting on the public dock at Paige Point Boat Landing which sits on the Whale Branch River.

Would you rather go by boat? Fair-priced inshore fishing charter or even an offshore trip for some Maui-Maui?

Dolphin Tours? We can handle that for you as well.

Wanna sun your bum? 25 Mins away you have the option of Sands Beach, In Port Royal, or Hunting Island State Park if you are up for about a 40-minute drive.

Golf? We have plenty of courses to keep you busy for weeks. Do you want to take in some of South Carolinas most historic places?

We do have some of the best Seafood Restaurants within 20 min or Dive Bars. The best Saturday night steak in the most unexpected place you could find, and less than 10 minutes away. Beer gardens or downtown on the waterfront more your style, done!

just a few minutes away from Frampton Hall Plantation, Brays Island Plantation. Bird watching, ACE Basin National Wildlife Refuge is a federally protected, 111,815-acre national wildlife refuge made up of two units: the Edisto River 7,200 acres and the Combahee River 4,564 acres.
