General Information & Policies

Speed limit in park is not to exceed 10 km/hr.

Dogs are welcomed but must be kept on a leash. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Dogs are not allowed on the golf course at any time.  (Aggressive or Noisy animals are not welcome)

Children are to be always supervised by a responsible adult. This includes while on the course or in the clubhouse.

Please keep your site clean and tidy. 

Food coolers and garbage are not to be left outside. Be aware of bears in the area.

Garbage and recycling bins can be located as you exit the park.

Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Checkout is at 12:00pm.

Golf and facilities are free for use to all guests staying in the park.

Long-Term Guest Policies

Trailers and Vehicles must be kept in site lines at any time.

Trailers and sites are to be kept clean, to keep up we ask that all tenants complete seasonal spring and fall cleaning.

Tarps are to be used for temporary use only. If one is required, please only use black or white and the required size.

No structures are to be places without park management approval.

Any long-term guests are to be approved by management. Please communicate with the park if a guest will be spending more than two nights on site.

Use of propane for hot water is mandatory and can be supplied by:             1. Park Road Propane – 661 Park Rd, Gibsons             2. Superior Propane – 1-877-873-7467             3. Tyee Propane – 604-399-8688

Do not leave AC running while away from home. Overuse can result in damage to both our system and your RV.

Deep freezers are not allowed by order of the conservation officer.

A management approved sewer connector must be used.

All extended stays are required to provide s separate 25 ft hose, connected to their water supply and on standby for fire protection.

Rent is to be paid by post dated cheque, cash, or PAD on the 1st of each month. 

Space heaters are to be used with the limitation of one kept on low in your trailer only.

Any changes to landscaping are to be approved by management. Do not cut trees, hedges, or greenery without first consulting. If you require maintenance on park landscaping please let us know.

At Langdale Heights RV & Par 3 Golf Resort we understand and respect your concerns about privacy and security, and will do our best to provide a convenient and safe online experience. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we may use that information, how we share that information, and how we protect that information on our website, which is located at my domain (the “Site” / We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, and we therefore encourage you to check this section periodically for any changes.

Privacy Policy

We may collect personal information from you directly or indirectly. For example, when you register for an Account, you are asked to submit your name, address, email address, telephone number, information regarding the type, price, location and features of your desired property, and other personal information. Even if you do not register with us, we may automatically collect certain information concerning your visit, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and browser information, which will allow us to track your use of the Site. Upon your return to the Site and/or subsequent registration, we will update your profile with your previous search history in order to create a more complete user profile. We may also use a third party to help us gather and analyze information about the areas that you visit on the Site to evaluate and improve the client experience and the convenience of the Site, and to help us analyze some or all of the information that you provide to us.

Identify your search preferences so that we can notify you of property listings and other information relating to our business that might be of interest to you;

Help us understand Site activity and improve your use of our Site.

In order for us to maintain the accuracy of your personal information and improve our communication with you, we may also combine the information we collect with other public demographic information.

This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13.
